This candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, etc. Surface Device Concierge Sales Specialist Role OverviewThis role serves as a seller for a defined portfolio of SMEC Corp & high potential SMB customers, with end to end accountability for driving Surface commercial revenue within their territory. The individual is responsible for protecting existing revenue, accelerating growth, and acquiring new customers across their assigned account set.The role combines proactive and reactive sales motions, engaging directly with customers and partners to identify opportunities, nurture demand, and close deals.In parallel, this person will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives such as the emerging Agentic AI sales programs. The focus spans seller enablement, partner engagement, onboarding frameworks, and operational process design which ultimately is aimed at driving consistent YoY Surface revenue growth and improving customer experience across the managed portfolio.Some personal information will be managed (first/last name, email address, mailing address).
