Concrete Footing Foreman

The Bartley Corporation is seeking a proven Concrete Footing Foreman who knows how to run efficient crews, hit production targets, and deliver high-quality work without constant oversight.This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, holds standards, and knows how to get the most out of a crew while maintaining a safe, organized job site.What You'll Be Responsible ForLead and manage footing crews on residential and/or commercial projectsInterpret blueprints, layouts, elevations, and specsCoordinate daily production goals and ensure schedules are metOversee forming, rebar placement, concrete placement, and finishingMaintain quality control and ensure work is built to specEnforce safety standards and company proceduresCommunicate with project managers, inspectors, and other tradesTrain and develop crew membersWhat we are looking for:5+ years of concrete experience with strong footing backgroundProven leadership experience as a foreman or crew leadAbility to read and execute from plans without supervisionStrong understanding of grades, elevations, and layoutHigh accountability - you own the job from start to finishReliable, organized, and production-drivenAbility to manage crews and maintain a positive, results-focused cultureHelpful Skills:* Knowledge of both English & Spanish language skills.The Bartley Corp has been a leader in Concrete Construction since 1970 and continues to be a family owned and operated business.
