Job Title: Project Management Manager Location: Georgetown, TX 78626Duration: 7 months Hours: 8-5 | M-F Summary:As a Project Management Manager, you'll manage a team responsible for providing basic management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This role is for a data center construction project manager. Minimum 1 year of data center related experience and 4-8 years construction project management experience is required. Day-to-Day Tasks:- As a Project Management Manager, you'll manage a team responsible for providing basic management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This role is for a data center construction project manager.- Manage day-to-day activities for data center construction projects.- Coordinate closely with design teams, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle- Oversee construction processes, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements- Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication Software skills:- Basic computer functions- Microsoft suite Years of experience: Minimum 1 year of data center related experience and 4-8 years construction project management experience is required.Education: Preferred 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
