OverviewAll Covered, IT Managed Services Division of Konica Minolta Business Solutions, has an exciting opportunity available for a Sr. M365 AI Engineer!ResponsibilitiesDeveloped and deliver Copilot and AI training sessions to end-users and stakeholdersSupport pre-sales activities, including project scoping, demos, POCs, and RFP responsesConduct Copilot readiness assessments and provide strategic recommendationsLead billable Copilot adoption and enablement initiativesConsult on and build custom AI agents using both Microsoft and industry technologiesMonitor agent productivity using Microsoft and third-party toolsConduct usage analytics, prompt tuning, and feedback loops to improve AI agent performanceCollaborate with internal teams to develop Copilot-based managed servicesAct as a senior technical resource and escalation point for Copilot-related projectsDevelop reusable assets, templates, and best practices for Copilot engagementsStay current with Microsoft AI roadmap and contribute to practice innovationEnsure responsible AI practices, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical AI useDocument work professionally and submit accurate timecards dailyAssist in identifying new revenue opportunities through AI-driven solutionsMaintain relevant certifications and contribute to internal knowledge sharingQualificationsProven experience delivering customer-facing training and enablementDemonstrated success in designing and implementing Microsoft Copilot or custom AI assistant use cases in customer environmentsProven ability to lead customer-facing projects, including readiness assessments, deployments, and user enablementStrong understanding of Microsoft security, compliance, and identity solutions and how they impact Copilot and AI integrationsExperience with data governance, information architecture, and optimizing data access for AI workloadsFamiliarity with prompt engineering, conversational design, or Copilot Studio is a strong plus.Must be able to travel occasionally and work extended hours when needed (10%)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Engineering, or equivalent work experience (Master's degree preferred, but not required)7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Graph.5+ years of practical experience in Microsoft 365 consultingRelevant technical certifications highly desirable:Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity FundamentalsOpenAI or Microsoft Copilot-related training/certificationsExpertise in Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and Azure OpenAIStrong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with the MSP service delivery models and managed services packagingAbout UsKonica Minolta Business Solutions' (Konica Minolta)journey started more than 150 years ago, with a vision to see and do things differently.
