Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Home Health Aide. The Home Health Aide will assist clients with daily living activities, provide personal care services, and ensure their comfort and safety. Responsibilities include supporting clients with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. The role also involves fostering effective communication and providing companionship while prioritizing the health and well-being of clients. Qualifications Proficiency in providing Home Care and assisting with Activities of Daily Living (e.g., bathing, grooming, mobility support)Experience in delivering Patient Care and Personal Care services with a focus on safety and compassionStrong Communication skills to effectively understand and address client needsEmpathy, reliability, and the ability to maintain confidentialityCPR/First Aid certification is preferredHigh school diploma or GED required; CNA certification is a plus
