Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Installer based in Indianapolis, IN. The Installer will be responsible for the hands-on installation, maintenance, and removal of advertising materials, including vinyl and digital displays, on a variety of advertising structures. Daily tasks include ensuring the safety and quality of installations, working with tools and equipment, conducting site preparation, and addressing maintenance issues related to installations. Qualifications Proficiency in working with tools and equipment for installation and maintenance tasksAbility to perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying materials, and working at heightsKnowledge of basic safety practices and adherence to company safety protocolsGood communication skills to interact effectively with team members and managementAttention to detail and ability to follow installation specifications accuratelyValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications are a plusPrior experience in installation, construction, or a similar field is preferred
