About the Opportunity:The Program Associate, Career Pathways plays a key role in supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at advancing career pathways for immigrants and refugees across Canada and the U.S. This role coordinates program activities, manages communications and partner engagement, tracks progress, and facilitates cross-team collaboration to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of these initiatives.3. Responsibilities:• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of Career Pathways initiatives, including tracking milestones and supporting pilots and convenings.• Manage operational tasks across multiple teams to align timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.• Provide logistical and administrative support for partner and stakeholder engagement activities.• Organize events and convenings, handling planning and logistics.• Document and synthesize insights and learnings to inform ongoing program adaptation.• Maintain communication and information flow across teams and partners using shared systems.4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.• Minimum 3 years coordinating administrative activities and/or events, preferably in workforce development, immigration, refugee resettlement, or economic development.• Insight into challenges faced by immigrant and refugee communities.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Strategic thinking with planning, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.• Ability to document and synthesize information effectively.• Experience building relationships and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and platforms like Monday.com.• Commitment to empowering immigrants and refugees and interest in systemic change.5.
