Chief Automation Specialist (UIPath)

We are searching for an experienced and driven Chief Automation Specialist to join our project as a Low-Code/No-Code Automation expert.In this role, you will design, implement, and support automation solutions using UIPath, collaborating with non-technical Product Owners to translate their requirements into impactful technology deliverables. This position provides an opportunity to lead innovation and enhance productivity within a supportive and forward-thinking team.Develop automation processes with UIPath, making use of pre-built templates and following a structured software development lifecycle for script creationWork alongside Product Owners to gather, interpret, and transform business needs into effective automation solutionsManage all phases of the automation process, from initial design through development, testing, and deployment, to ensure project successContribute to the Automation & Productivity squad by sharing expertise, mentoring team members, and helping to define automation standards and best practicesStay informed about the latest advancements, tools, and trends in Low-Code/No-Code and automation to continuously refine automation approaches
