Lead Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced Software / Technical Lead to lead the architecture and development of a modern Java full-stack application. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on coding while driving technical strategy, mentoring developers, and building scalable, high-quality software solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the system architecture and contribute hands-on to development across a Java/Spring Boot and Angular technology stack.Define technical standards, software architecture, data models, and integration patterns for scalable, data-driven applications.Design and develop core application components, complex features, and critical system integrations.Drive technical decisions, perform code reviews, and promote engineering best practices across the development team.Ensure application quality, scalability, performance, and timely delivery by resolving complex technical challenges.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and innovative software solutions.Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.Experience with Docker and AWS cloud services.Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and data modeling.Expertise in designing scalable applications, APIs, and integration patterns.Proven ability to lead technical teams while remaining actively involved in development.Preferred Qualifications:Experience architecting and delivering greenfield applications from the ground up.Background working in small to mid-sized organizations with end-to-end ownership of technical solutions.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
