Program Manager

Title: Program Manager (Cybersecurity / Cloud Consulting)Location: Reston, VADuration: 03+ Months Contract We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives supporting a global Cyber Defense and Cloud Consulting organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at coordinating multiple workstreams, and drives operational excellence across diverse teams.Responsibilities: Lead multiple concurrent programs and projects from planning through execution.Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project deliverables.Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, milestones, and action items.Create and maintain project documentation, executive status reports, and dashboards.Drive stakeholder communication and ensure timely program execution.Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.Support Research & Development (R&D) initiatives by coordinating program activities and resources.Facilitate meetings, monitor progress, and proactively resolve project issues.Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Program or Project Management experience.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.Experience working with Agile or similar project management methodologies.Excellent documentation, reporting, and project tracking skills.Experience with project management and collaboration tools.Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Cybersecurity, Cloud, Enterprise Technology, or Consulting organizations.Experience with AI transformation, portfolio management, or operational transformation initiatives.Experience creating dashboards and improving program reporting.Familiarity with Salesforce or similar project tracking platforms.Experience working with Research & Development (R&D) teams.
