A company is looking for a Healthcare Commercial Counsel to support pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements related to medical devices Provide legal guidance on contracting strategies ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations Advise on regulatory considerations impacting commercial arrangements and support product commercialization contracting Required Qualifications Direct experience in commercial contracting for medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare companies Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements in regulated environments Familiarity with healthcare fraud and abuse laws related to commercial relationships Experience advising medical device manufacturers or similar healthcare organizations Active license and good standing in a U.S. state
