Overview Cloud DevOps Hands on Experience resource (Azure or AWS)
Required Skills and Experience AWS, GCP or Azure Expertise: Proven experience in managing and deploying applications on AWS compute/network services, GCP and Azure.
Terraform: Strong proficiency in using Terraform for infrastructure as code.
Authentication and Authorization: Experience with authentication protocols and authorization mechanisms.
FinOps: Understanding of financial operations and cost optimization in cloud environments.
Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Relevant certifications in AWS/GCP/Azure, Terraform.
DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Gitlab and DevOps practices.
Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
