Corporate Brand Senior Director
BROAD FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION: The Corporate Brand Director is responsible for developing and executing the enterprise brand strategy, ensuring brand standards and compliance, and driving the organization’s digital presence and reputation. This role oversees website strategy, SEO/SEM/GEO initiatives, and supports business development and industry relations at large. Additionally, it leads brand growth through integrated content marketing, thought leadership, and storytelling to strengthen the company’s market position and client engagement. The Corporate Brand Director also manages brand analytics and the creation of capabilities decks, ensuring all brand activities are aligned with organizational goals and deliver measurable results. Collaborates closely with Director of Communications to ensure brand and communications strategies are integrated across all channels.PRINCIPAL CONTINUING RESPONSIBILITIES:Brand Strategy & StandardsDevelop and implement the corporate brand strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise vision and business objectivesEstablish and maintain brand standards and compliance across all channels, materials, and communications corporately and regionallyGuide brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and impact across all markets and segmentsStrengthen brand equity and awareness through data-led growth initiativesContent Marketing and Thought LeadershipBuild and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports brand growth, lead generation, and business developmentOversee creation of high-value content across web, digital, social, and email channels to reinforce the brand’s competitive advantageCollaborate with regional and corporate teams to highlight success stories, client partnerships, and market insightsWebsite and Digital PresenceDirect the development, optimization, and management of the corporate website to reflect brand strategy and business goalsOptimize SEO/SEM/GEO performance to expand digital reach and engagementPartner with IT and marketing teams to maintain functionality, security, and complianceIntegrate content and campaign efforts across digital platforms for unified brand storytellingBusiness Development Support Partner with business development teams to create brand assets, presentations and targeted campaigns to support client acquisition and retentionTailor brand messaging and creative execution to support sales and growth initiativesIndustry Relations (Nationally)Build and maintain relationships with key industry organizations, associations, and partners at the national levelRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand reputation and visibilityMonitor industry trends and best practices to inform brand strategy and positioningMetrics, Analytics & ReportingMonitor and report on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and digital engagementUse data insights to inform strategy, optimize initiatives, and demonstrate ROIEstablish KPIs for brand growth, content performance, and share of voiceSharePoint & Content ManagementOversee the organization and accessibility of brand-related assets on SharePointCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate, current materialsCapabilities Deck DevelopmentLead the ongoing refinement of capabilities decks and brand presentations for internal and external audiencesEnsure all materials reflect current brand positioning, standards, and strategic prioritiesPeople Development and CoachingCoach and mentor direct report and collaborate with regional marketing partners to strengthen marketing capability, consistency, and confidence across the organizationShare best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the marketing teamSupport talent development by identifying skill gaps and deliver targeted training and growth opportunitiesEducation And Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 7 years of progressive experience in brand management, digital marketing, or related rolesFoodservice industry expertise and/or B2B marketing experience strongly preferredDemonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies and digital initiativesExperience with website management, SEO/SEM/GEO, and analytics platformsStrong project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and marketing technology platforms like CanvaCandidate Qualifications/CompetenciesStrategic Vision & LeadershipBrand Management & ComplianceDigital Marketing & AnalyticsWebsite Strategy & SEO/SEM/GEOBusiness Development SupportIndustry Relations & NetworkingCommunication ExcellenceProject ManagementCollaboration & InfluenceProblem Solving & InnovationROI MindsetThe Affinity Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
