Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Easton, MD.Key Tasks:* Answer incoming calls and interact with customers in a professional manner* Follow a provided script to deliver consistent, standardized responses* Listen carefully to customer inquiries and respond appropriately within guidelines* Redirect or escalate calls as needed based on established procedures* Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents* Assist with handling incoming/outgoing packages and mail distribution* Maintain accurate records of calls and activities as needed* Support general office operations and team needs* Strong communication and active listening skills* Ability to follow scripts and adhere to structured processes* Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure* Basic computer and office skills (Microsoft Office preferred)* Highly organized with attention to detail* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment* Previous customer service, call center, or front desk experience preferred
