Summary We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Shadyside Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our residents, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through rehabilitation and therapeutic interventions. This position comes with a starting pay rate of $50 an hour. This position is as needed, PRN role that will give you approximately 10 hours of client time weekly. Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving daily living skills and overall functionality. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for each resident. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on resident needs. Educate residents and their families about therapy goals and techniques for continued improvement. Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for residents returning home or to other care settings. Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and occupational health practices. Experience in case management and developing care plans is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
