This role focuses on jobsite safety, productivity, quality control, and coordination between field crews and project management.The Senior Field Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with contract documents and safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and supervise daily field operations and workforce activitiesDetermine construction means, methods, and labor requirementsCoordinate work between trades, subcontractors, and project teamsMaintain liaison with owner, architect, engineer, and project managementEnforce company and OSHA safety policies across the jobsiteAssist with schedules, budgets, material procurement, and labor forecastingMaintain daily logs, timesheets, and field documentationGenerate RFIs and review submittals for complianceMentor and train field personnelManage jobsite logistics, temporary facilities, and quality control programsQualificationsMinimum ten years of supervisory experience in the construction industryProven leadership and field coordination experienceDegree in engineering or construction management preferredFamiliarity with scheduling tools and Microsoft OfficeValid drivers license and insurable driving recordBenefits-$95,000- $120,000 ( DOE)- Full Benefits + PTO- Car allowance + Gas Card
