Commercial Service Plumber

Commercial PlumberWe're seeking a dependable and experienced Plumber with a minimum of 2 years of experience. In this role, you'll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in retail buildings throughout the Detroit area and surrounding cities. You'll be dispatched from home, starting and ending your day there, with a company-provided van, and will have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively while delivering high-quality service to our valued clients.Location: Detroit AreaPay: Up to $48 an hourWhat You'll Do:Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues (e.g., leaks, clogs, low water pressure).Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes.Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.Requirements for the Job:* Valid driver's license.* Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience.Benefits & Perks Include:* Company vehicle, gas card, and iPad provided.* Competitive pay based on experience.* Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance* 401(k) with company match.* Opportunities for training, certification, and career advancementNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
