We opened our doors in Raleigh five months ago and are now building a stable, reliable front-of-house team. If you’ve got a positive attitude and want to help build a solid customer base, we'd love to hear from you. What you’ll do Own the guest experience end-to-end: greet, guide, upsell, serve, and close out. Keep sections clean, set, and moving—seat quickly and turn tables efficiently. Know the menu (ingredients, mods, timing) and recommend like a pro. Partner with hosts, bar, expo, and runners to keep service tight and fast. What we’re looking for Just bring your positive attitude, accountability, and hustle—especially when we’re slammed. Pay & perks Base range: $2.15–$7.25/hr based on experience and performance during training. Training: 5 paid training shifts at $7.25/hr (not part of the tip pool).
