Position will have the responsibility to provide client advisory and consultative services for all health and welfare plans and services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing monthly and quarterly reporting, strategic analysis, compliance and legislative guidance, contract and performance standards review, HR procedures assistance.Principal AccountabilitiesAssist with business development for self-funded and fully funded opportunitiesQuarterly analysis for existing large clientsConsultative reporting on monthly, quarterly and annual basisVendor liaison for clients for all service, billing and eligibility issues with carriersResponsible for meeting summaries and follow up with team members and external vendorsFamiliarity with carrier contracts, polices and differentiatorsResponsible for maintaining outstanding checklists and renewal timelines for assigned clientsEffective delegation and follow up with senior team membersContract review and compliance supportEnsure marketing spreadsheet terms are accurately implemented and documentedProactive customer service and HR supportCommunication, education and wellness support coordinated with team membersMaintain files and databasesImplementation and compliance support in coordination with team membersDesired SkillsExceptional written, oral, interpersonal communication skillsAdvanced MS Office skills, to include excel, word, power pointStrong client development and relationship building skillsAbility to work both independently and within a team environmentDesired Qualifications5 years Client Management experience in Employee BenefitsBachelor Degree preferred. The base salary range for this position is $65,000 – $115,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
