Job Description Our organization is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Dermatologist to become part of our Santa Clarita clinic in a full-time capacity. This well-established practice is in search of a versatile Dermatologist who is adept in community-level medical dermatology and various dermatologic procedures, excluding Mohs surgery. Experience a fulfilling work-life balance in the vibrant region of Southern California.Preferred schedule is Monday to Friday, though a 4-day work week (32 hours) is an optionMinimal hospital and after-hours call responsibilitiesOpportunity for Tele-Derm consultations one day per weekCalifornia medical license is preferred or in the process of applicationNew graduates are encouraged to applyAnnual compensation ranges from $530,000 to $560,000Sign-on bonus availableThe stated salary represents the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, stipends for hospital/ED call, extra shift incentives, and other cash compensation as applicable. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance along with other benefits offered by the medical group.
