As a vital member of our team, the Controller will oversee the financial operations of Springer’s Jewelers, including financial statements, budgeting, account reconciliation, and compliance with industry regulations. The individual will manage financial analysis, monitor cash flow, and develop financial strategies to support company growth and operational efficiency. The role involves collaboration with leadership on key financial decisions and maintaining accurate financial records to support the organization's objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow managementExperience with compliance and regulatory requirements within a financial contextStrong skills in data analysis and the ability to generate actionable financial insightsProficiency with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead financial teams effectively and collaborate with senior stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plusExperience in retail or similar industries is beneficial
