Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans. Apply pest control treatments using various methods including sprays, traps, and baits while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatment options and answering client questions regarding pest management. Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used for each client visit. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as necessary for effective pest control operations. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for lawn care and landscaping that support pest prevention. Stay informed about the latest pest control techniques and industry regulations to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Requirements Previous experience in pest control or related fields such as lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred. Strong sales skills to effectively communicate services and upsell additional treatments when appropriate. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles safely. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in executing pest management plans. Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certification required by local regulations.
