Product Owner
The Hashgraph Association (THA) is a global organization headquartered in Switzerland, and is a part of the Hedera Hashgraph (“Hedera”) ecosystem. Hedera is a revolutionary proof-of-stake public Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) network that is fast emerging as the gold standard in DLT for enterprise-grade solutions and decentralized applications (dApps). Hedera is governed by a council of the world’s leading organizations - which include Google, Boeing, IBM, Dell, Deutsche Telekom, LG, Abrdn, London School of Economics, to name a few. THA works closely with enterprises, startups, governments, and academic and training institutions around the world to deliver financing, custom-design solutions, and professional training and innovation programs, aimed at accelerating the development and utilization of the Hedera Hashgraph network. As we undergo rapid expansion, we are establishing offices in strategic locations worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Ownerr to join our dynamic product development team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that product requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and effectively communicated.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, customers, and end-usersTranslate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteriaMaintain and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value deliveryCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product vision and goalsDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product successManage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectivelyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an Agile environmentStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworkExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in requirements management tools and techniquesExperience with user story mapping and acceptance test-driven development (ATDD)Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)Desired SkillsCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certificationExperience in the relevant industry sectorKnowledge of UX/UI design principlesFamiliarity with data analysis and business intelligence toolsWhat we offer A unique opportunity to be a part of the world’s leading DLT ecosystemSignificant career growth potential in a fast growing sectorWorking with colleagues and on projects across the globeOpen and direct communication, flat structuresFlexible working hoursCompetitive salary package
