We partner with health plans, FQHCs, and provider groups to close gaps in care in cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, diabetes, and kidney disease screening.Position OverviewWe are hiring a Sales Operations Manager to own our health plan sales pipeline and ensure every opportunity moves forward. This is a revenue-driving role focused on pipeline management, prospect follow-up, and commercial operations.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing complex B2B healthcare sales cycles.Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline ManagementOwn and maintain the full sales pipeline in Salesforce, including stage progression, reporting, and workflow automationsTrack all conference leads and coordinate timely follow-up outreachEnsure every active opportunity has a scheduled next stepMonitor deal velocity, identify stalled opportunities, and proactively re-engageDeliver weekly pipeline reports with clear visibility into deal statusProspect & Customer CommunicationDraft and send follow-up emails to health plan executives and medical directors on behalf of leadershipManage ongoing communication with prospects across long-cycle sales opportunities (3-6 months)Maintain professional, polished correspondence with all external stakeholdersEnsure timely responses and follow-through across all active accountsOperational CoordinationCoordinate between sales, operations, and leadership to ensure timely proposal delivery and contract executionMaintain internal sales documentation, trackers, and process workflowsImprove operational efficiency across the sales processSupport cross-functional coordination as the company scalesQualifications3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business development supportAdvanced Salesforce proficiency (dashboards, automations, custom reports, pipeline management)Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting executive-level correspondenceStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and consistent follow-throughPreferred QualificationsHealthcare, diagnostics, or health plan industry experienceFamiliarity with health plan sales cycles and payer/provider terminologyExperience in high-growth or entrepreneurial environmentsCompensation $70K-$80K base (full-time) | Part-time considered for the right candidate Quarterly performance bonus Reports directly to the CEOLocation Plainfield, Illinois (Hybrid)
