We are looking for professional, outgoing, energetic and caring candidates with experience to work 1-1 with young children meet and surpass their goals. RBT Pay Rate of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. Applicants who do not yet hold their RBT credential may be hired as Behavior Technicians at a probationary rate of $16.00 to $17.00 per hour. This rate will apply until the RBT credential is obtained within the first 60 days of employment. Project Brilliance offers training, guidelines and assistance in completing this job requirement.Responsibilities of a Behavior Therapist/ RBT include: Provides one-on-one therapy to our clients as well as leads or assists in peer play and social groups. Helps children acquire new skills and work towards individualized goals tailored for improving communication, social interaction, problem solving, and adaptive living skills Uses of proper teaching, behavior change, Mand training procedures, and data collection.
