Here, you will make an impact by:Execution - Partner effectively with clients to perform workflow discovery, ensure adoption, and deliver advanced optimization for assigned Solventum product lines. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for respective team and solutions as assigned.Strategy and Planning - Understanding the client's short- and long-term strategy goals. Conduct current-state workflow and configuration review with client implementing Solventum's best practice workflows. Partner effectively with clients on suggested workflow optimization changes leveraging Solventum's best practices.Client Care and Advocacy - Advocate for the customer, log issues, and escalate as needed following standard procedures in a timely manner.Leadership and Coordination - Own the client. Relationship coordination and client focus coordination interactions for the client throughout the organization.Accountable and Measured by the overall annual client satisfaction survey results for assigned client base. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)Actively Stay up to date with knowledge of industry changes and product changes. Participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum's values and ethical standards.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Minimum of 10 years Health Information Management/clinical coding experience with exposure to a diverse casemixRelevant Health Information Management and clinical coding qualificationsEligible for full membership to the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA)ANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Current, valid Driver's License.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:La Trobe University Auditing Course qualifications or equivalent tertiary qualificationsPrevious auditing, training and education experience in coding highly desirableStrong understanding of Revenue Cycle and the workflow associated with an organization's Revenue Cycle.Knowledgeable in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, systems, implementation, and medical professional trainingDemonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and teamsExperience consulting with clients in health information systemsDemonstrated knowledge in assigned solutions, services, and productsDemonstrated industry knowledgeProficient computer skillsExcellent communication skills written and verbalExceptional client relationship skillsAbility to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations with diplomacyMust have strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation skills, training skills, and be creative and innovativeThe successful candidate will exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration across departments/divisions, interpersonal skills, professionalism, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethicWork location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 50% domestic
