We take on complex challenges and are dedicated to delivering successful outcomes while expanding opportunities for underrepresented communities.Assistant Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the delivery of complex infrastructure and construction projects within the Infrastructure Development and Special Projects program. The APM will assist in managing projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle while working closely with Senior Project Managers (SPMs) and Project Managers (PMs).Key Responsibilities Provide daytoday assistant project management support on an average of two (2) concurrent projects Support projects across all phases: planning, design, construction, and closeout Assist in managing projects with durations of 35 years and budgets ranging from $3M to $50M Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and contractors to support project execution Work collaboratively with SPMs and PMs on all project tasks, regardless of organizational affiliation Assist with tracking project schedules, budgets, documentation, and compliance requirements Support permitting processes and coordination with regulatory agenciesProject Types Infrastructure development and heavy highway projects Demolition projects (with or without abatement) Hazardous materials (hazmat) abatement projects Historic and full site development projects (preferred)Required Qualifications 13 years of experience in construction management or related field Experience supporting building construction projects from initiation through closeout Exposure to infrastructure, demolition, and/or hazmat abatement projects Basic knowledge of utility and roadway construction Experience working in urban environments Familiarity with multidisciplinary permitting processesAdditional Information Duties and experience will align with the applicable BOA job description The APM may support a DGS fulltime employee or work alongside contractors from other firms Strong collaboration is required across multiple teams and organizationsBenefits Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance Shortterm and longterm disability Life and AD&D insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off Career growth opportunitiesEqual Opportunity EmployerCube Root Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE AA M/F/VET/DISABILITY).
