Sales Manager (AV Commercial Integrator)Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join their Sales team. This role is responsible for achieving individual sales goals, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery through cross-departmental collaboration. The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing environment, has proven experience in selling audio, video, and lighting systems, and is motivated by both sales performance and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Discover, understand, and exceed client needs through proactive engagement.Conduct needs analysis, programming meetings, and project follow-ups.Close deals with prospective clients and achieve individual sales targets.Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring standards and deadlines are met.Collaborate with systems design, field, purchasing, and accounting teams for smooth project execution.Maintain accurate records in CRM and proposal generation systems.Track client payments and ensure accurate invoicing.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and industry associations.Requirements:5+ years of experience selling audio, video, and lighting systems.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification (or willingness to complete).Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and proposal generation tools (e.g., Jetbuilt).Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote).Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel (US only).Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when needed.Compensation: This is a salaried plus commission role with opportunities for professional growth and continued learning.
