Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining excellent communication and customer service throughout the support process.Microsoft Cloud & Systems AdministrationAdminister, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft technologies including:Windows client and server operating systemsMicrosoft 365 applications and servicesSharePoint and OneDriveMicrosoft Azure environments including Intune, Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, and backupsInfrastructure & Network SupportSupport the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of core IT infrastructure including:Server and host installationsBackup appliance implementation and configurationFirewall and switch installationsBarracuda and SonicWall firewall administration and troubleshootingProject & Field WorkParticipate in onsite technical projects and infrastructure upgrades for clients, helping ensure successful implementations, minimal downtime, and a smooth end-user experience.Customer Experience & CommunicationBuild trust with end users and client stakeholders by delivering responsive, professional, and solution-oriented support.
