Urgent Care Physician

Great opportunity for an Urgent Care Physician to work with a large physician led, multi specialty group located in San Diego, CA Board Certified or Board Eligible in FP, ER, IM/Peds - board certification is required within first 2 yrs of employment Clinic is open from 8a-8p everyday Choice of shifts from 6, 8, 10, or 12 hours No overnight hours Avg 2.5 patients per hour Most providers work three 12 hour shifts which qualify for the min full time requirement of 147 hours per month Practice a wide spectrum of emergency based medicine Clinic has a lead RN, triage RN's, LVN's, and 1:1 provider/MA ratio plus admin team Salary range based on exp - $270-312K - amount does not include productivity and performance based incentives Sign on bonus, 200 hours PTO, 40 hours sick, 40 hours CME, 2 yr shareholder track for full time, 401K and pension plans, public loan forgiveness (PSLF) eligible, and much more Please refer to Job ID.
