Production Manager – 1st & 2nd Shift (2 openings)Our manufacturing client near Newton, IA is hiring Production Managers for both 1st and 2nd shift operations at their heavy manufacturing facility (metal fabrication, welding, assembly, and paint). Very secure manufacturing plant with solid financials.Schedule:1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AMMonday–Thursday schedule (4 day work schedule)This full time direct hire leadership role is responsible for leading daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, scheduling, employee development, and production performance.Ideal candidates will have:Manufacturing leadership experienceBackgrounds in welding, fabrication, assembly, paint, or heavy industrial operationsStrong communication and team leadership skillsExperience driving accountability and production resultsThis is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys being active on the floor, developing people, and helping drive operational success in a growing manufacturing operation.
