Concrete Pump Operator- up to $120,000New Jersey | Permanent | On SiteJoin a leading Concrete construction firm immediately hiring for a pump operator. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most successful firms in their market with a closely knit of hard working professionals. The Concrete Pump Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of concrete pumping equipment to place concrete at construction sites in New Jersey, New York (excluding the five boroughs), and Connecticut. This is a non-union position that requires a valid CDL, bilingual communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety and productivity.What's in it for you?Salary: $90,000-$120,000 Benefits: 401K, paid holidays, Health insurance offered as part of the compensation packageResponsibilitiesOperate truck-mounted or trailer-mounted concrete pumps to place concrete accurately and efficiently.Set up, inspect, operate, and break down pumping equipment, including outriggers, pipes, and hoses.Coordinate closely with project supervisors, foremen, drivers, and crew members to ensure proper concrete placement.Monitor concrete flow, pressure, and equipment performance during pumping operations.Perform daily pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance of pumping equipment.Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues and report major repairs as needed.Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety requirements.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.Complete daily logs, safety checklists, and required job documentation.Assist with general labor tasks when pumping operations are not active.QualificationsProven experience as a concrete pump operator.Valid CDL – (this is an essential requirement) Knowledge of concrete placement methods and jobsite operations.Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and heavy equipment safety.Ability to read and follow job instructions and site plans.Physically capable of lifting heavy hoses and working outdoors in all weather conditions.Willingness to travel to job sites in NJ, NY and CT.Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work well as part of a team.NO SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED!
