Green Card, EAD and US Citizens are encouraged to apply. *****About the RoleWe are a highly technology-driven platform that has completed a RAG Proof of Concept and is now building a production-grade GenAI platform.This is not a research role and not a “ChatGPT user” role.We are looking for engineers who build AI systems, not those who simply use AI tools.If you have a strong data engineering foundation and have transitioned into GenAI, this role is for you.What You Will BuildA production-ready RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) platformRAG-as-a-Service APIs that can be reused by multiple applicationsAI agents to automate enterprise workflowsScalable, secure, monitored GenAI servicesThis is hands-on engineering work — from data ingestion to APIs to production monitoringRequired Skills (Must Have)Core EngineeringStrong Python development (real application code, not scripts)Experience building API-based services (FastAPI or similar)Comfortable working in multi-repo codebases using VS Code (not notebook-only)Data Engineering FoundationHands-on experience with Spark / PySparkBuilding and maintaining data pipelinesWorking with large datasets in production environmentsGenAI / RAG EngineeringHands-on experience building RAG systems, not just using toolsStrong understanding of:Document ingestion & chunkingEmbedding generationVector databasesRetrieval logicPrompt construction using retrieved contextAbility to clearly explain RAG architecture end-to-end
