Shift Supervisor Shift Supervisor Range: $17.65-$21.28 Job Overview Our Restaurant Hourly Shift Supervisors manage day‐to‐day operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. Candidates who demonstrate our values may be selected and receive on‐the‐job training for specific management tasks and leadership growth. As part of the leadership team, they act as ambassadors of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization. They are responsible for resolving guest interactions, optimizing profits, and ensuring product quality and restaurant cleanliness. Responsibilities Manage day‐to‐day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts. Supervise peers and maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction. Act as an ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to foster guest loyalty and profit maximization. Resolve guest interactions and conflicts effectively and professionally. Optimize operational profits and maintain product quality. Ensure restaurant cleanliness and adherence to health & safety regulations. Work flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications At least 21 years old. Minimum of 1 year full‐service restaurant experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Business maturity and ability to supervise peers effectively. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision‐making skills. Basic personal computer literacy.
