1.0 ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES to be Completed Safely1.1 Daily Equipment Inspection -1.1.1 Lift is clean and operational1.1.2 I-Pad, Scanner, and Mounts are accounted for and in good working condition.1.2 AOR's (Area of Responsibility) - completed at start and end of shift1.3 Work Assignment must be completed Safely, Accurately, and Efficiently1.3.1 Picking - Follow ALL SOP's for picking1.3.1.1 All items are picked in full and in good quality1.3.1.2 All Lot Codes are correct1.3.1.3 All pallets are fully wrapped and staged1.3.2 Loading - Follow ALL SOP's for loading1.3.2.1 Lock out and Trailer Inspection1.3.2.2 Confirm the correct load and door with Driver1.3.2.3 Inspect each pallet for accuracy1.3.2.4 Confirm pallet when loaded1.3.2.5 Securely load each pallet to withstand the rigors of transportation1.4 Required to complete ALL system transactions at the time any products are moved.1.5 Operation of forklift to load and unload of trucks with correct product types and damage-free product.1.6 Other duties may be assigned2.0 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES2.1 None3.0 LANGUAGE SKILLS3.1 Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.3.2 Ability to communicate with others orally.4.0 MATHEMATICAL SKILLS4.1 Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division5.0 REASONING ABILITY5.1 Ability to apply common sense understanding and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.6.0 POSITION REQUIREMENTS6.1 Safely and continuously work with and around fast-moving equipment6.2 Master all basic functions for both picking and loading processes by use of I-Pad within 30 days of hire date.6.3 Lift 40-50lbs continuously6.4 Stand and/or sit for long periods of time6.5 Work Flexible Schedules to include but not limited to:6.5.1 Any Shift6.5.2 8, 10, and/or 12 hours shifts6.5.3 Possible Saturday's and/or Sunday's6.6 Good Attendance in accordance with the Attendance and Punctuality Policy6.7 Previous Forklift experience with McCall Farms Certification (must pass written and driving test)6.8 Bump cap and High-Vis Safety vests to be worn at all times inside the DC.6.9 Excellent Communication Skills2ND SHIFT3PM-11:30PM
