About the Opportunity We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) passionate about helping patients regain independence following hospitalization or illness in a skilled nursing setting . This role focuses on functional recovery, ADLs, and safe discharge planning . New grads encouraged to apply . What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments Address ADLs, IADLs, upper-extremity rehab, and adaptive strategies Provide 1:1 patient-centered care Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and case management Complete accurate documentation and discharge planning Qualifications Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy Active (or pending) state OT license SNF experience preferred, not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive weekly pay Guaranteed hours First-day benefits (medical/dental/vision) Housing & travel stipends License reimbursement $1,200 CEU allowance 401(k) and disability coverage
