Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Engineering Coordinator to join our dynamic team supporting hardware development activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product data and change management within Windchill and a proven ability to coordinate complex engineering changes and maintain complete, traceable documentation in fast-paced R&D and new product introduction environments.Responsibilities:Support engineering and change management with part and BOM administration using Windchill (PDM).Coordinate ordering, tracking, and logistics for engineering parts and materials.Execute assigned portions of change processes and move changes through approved workflows.Ensure change records and product data are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.Coordinate cross-functional inputs from engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to advance changes.Track change progress and follow up with stakeholders for timely completion.Support impact analysis by identifying affected parts, BOMs, and documentation.Create and maintain part configurations and system structures based on defined requirements.Classify and manage standard parts to enable reuse and efficient search within Windchill.Identify and escalate data issues, delays, or risks related to engineering changes.Required Skills & Qualifications:AA/AS in Business or Technical field, or equivalent experience including vocational or military training.Experience with BOMs, product structures, or engineering documentation.Familiarity with product data management systems, preferably Windchill.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication with engineering and cross-functional teams, including management.Proficiency with Excel, Word, and standard office tools.Creative problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills:Experience supporting engineering change processes such as change requests and change notices.Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or NPI environments.Experience in structured, process-driven organizations.
