With respect to skill sets interview round between 3-4 will be conducted.Visa: Independent.We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a large, complex Anti Money Laundering (AML) transformation program centered on NICE Actimize solutions for a financial services client. The program involves analysis, design, implementation, and rollout of AML systems, regulations alignment, data, and operational change.The Program Director will own end to end delivery, manage a 20+ member onsite team, act as the primary senior client interface, and ensure the program meets regulatory, technology, business, and delivery objectives.This role requires deep financial services experience, strong understanding of AML and compliance, and proven success delivering Actimize or comparable AML platforms at scale.Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & GovernanceOwn and drive overall program strategy, execution, and outcomesEstablish and run program governance, including:Steering Committee meetingsExecutive status updatesRisk, issue, dependency, and decision managementEnsure alignment to regulatory expectations, business goals, and technology roadmapsAct as single point of accountability for the program Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary senior level interface to client stakeholders including:Compliance & AML leadershipOperations headsTechnology leadershipAudit and Risk teamsBuild trusted relationships with client executives and regulators-facing teamsProactively manage expectations and resolve escalationsCommunicate complex issues clearly to non technical executives AML & Actimize Program OversightLead implementation and enhancement of NICE Actimize AML products, such as:IFM (Integrated Financial Messaging)CDD / KYCSAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring)Transaction MonitoringWatchlist FilteringEnsure correct interpretation and implementation of:AML regulations (BSA, AMLA, FATF, local/global regulations)SAR, KYC, CDD, EDD requirementsOversee requirements, solution design, configuration, tuning, testing, and deploymentEnsure model governance, validation readiness, and audit defensibility Delivery Management & ExecutionManage a team of 20+ onsite team (functional, technical, data, QA, PMs)Drive delivery across multiple workstreams:Business analysisData integrationActimize configurationTesting (SIT, UAT)Cutover and go liveOwn program plan, milestones, timelines, and financialsTrack and manage:ScopeBudgetResource utilizationDelivery qualityEnsure adherence to SDLC, compliance, and internal delivery standards Risk, Issue & Regulatory ReadinessIdentify and mitigate program risks related to:Data qualityModel accuracyRegulatory complianceOperational readiness Team Leadership & CoachingLead, mentor, and motivate a large onsite delivery teamSet clear performance expectations and accountabilityPartner with offshore/nearshore teams if applicableFoster collaboration across compliance, operations, and technology teamsExperienceRequired Qualifications15+ years of experience in Financial Services programs7+ years leading large-scale AML, Compliance, or Financial Crime programsHands on experience with NICE Actimize implementations (mandatory)Prior experience as:Program DirectorEngagement DirectorSenior Program ManagerStrong understanding of:AML regulations (BSA/AML, FATF, local regulators)KYC / CDD / EDDTransaction monitoring and SAR processesLeadership & Soft SkillsExecutive level communication and stakeholder managementStrong decision making and problem solving skillsProven ability to manage large, complex, multi stream programsComfortable operating in high pressure, regulatory environmentsStrong onsite presence and leadershipEducationBachelor's degree requiredMBA or equivalent advanced degree preferredAccliive, is an IT Consulting Company working with Fortune 500 clients and is based out of Boston, MA.
