Food Service Management Company is seeking a Food Service Director for school food service in the Pennington, NJ area. Full time, Monday through Friday, day shift. No weekends or holidays. Summers off!K-12, National School Lunch Program experience, and ServSafe certification a plus. Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in NJ schools.Must be organized and able to work well in a team environment.Must oversee that all safety and sanitary procedures are being followed.Place food orders, inventories, etc.Oversee staff, and operations.Review scheduling needs, and hiring staff.Prepare end of month paperworkReport to area supervisor on a regular basis.School breakfast and lunch experience required.Apply today!
