In this seasonal, position, youll help create an exceptional member experience by overseeing daily pool operations, leading and supporting aquatics staff, and ensuring every detailfrom safety and maintenance to programming and eventsis executed with excellence.Youll serve as a key partner to the Aquatics Director, connecting with our members, assisting with scheduling and budgeting, coordinating pool parties and activities, and supporting the swim team as an assistant coach.
