Employees look forward to our company parties with raffles, contests, lunch and laughs.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Powder Coat Technician to support our finishing operations by ensuring high-quality coating application and efficient paint line performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, meeting production goals, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Hours are Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm.QualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentGood communication skillsPreferred:1+ year of powder coating or industrial painting experienceExperience in a manufacturing or production settingFamiliarity with coating quality standards and processesKey Responsibilities:Apply powder coating to parts in a high-mix, fast-paced production environmentPrepare equipment and parts for color changes between batchesMonitor coating quality including appearance, adhesion, and curePerform basic chemical testing to maintain process standardsTrack and maintain inventory of coating materialsCommunicate effectively with team members and Paintline leadershipMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentSupport departmental KPIs related to quality and efficiencyAssist with other duties as neededWorking Conditions:Must be able to work overtime, including weekendsMust be physically capable of standing/bending /stooping/griping/reaching/etc. for 8+ hour shift(s)Must be able to lift up to 30 Lbs. without assistance and up to 70 Lbs. with assistance (Floor to waist, waist to shoulder, above shoulders and head)Must be able to work in non-climate, non-dust-controlled areasMust be able to wear required safety equipment including safety shoes, Tyvek suits, gloves, glasses, and respirators.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
