Machine Operator/Assembler

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and safety procedures. This role involves operating various machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards within a fast-paced setting. Duties Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure smooth production processes Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment to perform routine tasks and adjustments Conduct quality checks on products and identify any defects or issues during operation Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts or warehouse equipment as needed Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure workplace safety Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Skills Proven experience in factory or manufacturing facility operations Mechanical knowledge related to machinery, assembly lines, and equipment maintenance Ability to operate forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other warehouse equipment safely Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Prior warehouse experience is a plus, along with familiarity with assembly line procedures Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $14.50 per hour Benefits: Flexible spending account Referral program Work Location: In person
