Office Manager

The InterSolutions Direct Hire team is currently working with a Philadelphia based property management company to help them find their next Office Manager at the Fairmount home office. This individual will act as the first point of contact for all people entering the office as well as the phone. This tech savvy person will be an excellent communicator and ensure the office is fully supplied and organized to ensure a smooth running enviornment.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and organize office activitiesOversee and order all stock of office suppliesAct as first point of contact for visitors and phone callsOversee mail, shipping and delivery, and postageMaintain professional office envionmentQualificationsExperience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systemsStrong communication skills, written and verbalStrong ability to multitaskFriendly and upbeat demeanor
