The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with State Farm and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through agency marketing efforts, networking, referrals and walk‑ins.Conduct virtual consultations with customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Build and maintain long‑term relationships.Meet and exceed individual sales goals.Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and text.Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding State Farm products and services.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.Stay updated on State Farm policies, procedures, and product offerings.QualificationsStrong customer service skills and a commitment to helping others.Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.Genuine care and concern for helping others.RequirementsInterest in helping others.Minimum 2 years working with State Farm.Bilingual English and Spanish (written and verbal).Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (or willing to obtain).Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.People‑oriented.Detail oriented.Proactive in problem solving.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to multi‑task.This is a remote position.Compensation $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.Apply Now.
