Dean of Students (TOSA)

Posting: September 5, 2024 to September 10, 2024 This is an annual appointment funded through the SIG (School Improvement Grant). Dean of Students (TOSA) LOCATION: Waterloo Middle School DUTIES: In partnership with school administration will work to support and communicate clear disciplinary procedures and policies to students, families, and the school community in ways that are guided by transparency, fairness, and accountability. Will assist with improving student attendance, engagement, and achievement through positive behavior intervention strategies. Will set high expectations for student success and assist will creating a culture of continuous improvement. Job Qualifications NYS Teaching Certification required. Skilled at working collaboratively with staff, administrators, students and families.
