Key Responsibilities Own the client delivery experience, ensuring timely and budget-friendly implementations with high client satisfaction Transform delivery methodologies to enhance consistency and operational excellence across projects Build and manage a metrics-driven operating model to proactively address risks and performance Required Qualifications Strong foundation in healthcare payer operations with experience in regional health plans or Blue plans Minimum of 10 years in delivery, operations, project management, or related roles with senior leadership experience Proven success in leading large, distributed teams and driving results through influence Experience in transforming delivery organizations through process redesign and automation Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
