Role: React Native Mobile Technical Lead Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid- 3 days/week) Job Description: Key ResponsibilitiesExperience: 10–14 Years.Lead end-to-end mobile application development using React Native for iOS and Android platformsOwn mobile app architecture, design decisions, and technical roadmapGuide and mentor a team of mobile developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practicesCollaborate closely with onsite client stakeholders, architects, and product ownersTranslate business requirements into scalable and high-performance mobile solutionsDrive performance optimization, app stability, memory management, and crash reductionEnsure adherence to security, compliance, and enterprise mobility standardsIntegrate mobile apps with REST APIs, GraphQL, backend services, and third-party SDKsShould have hands on experience in on the areas like Websockets , RTC and LaunchDarklyManage CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and app store deployments (App Store & Play Store)Support troubleshooting, production issues, and root cause analysisParticipate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical risk managementContribute to POCs, technical feasibility studies, and innovation initiativesTechnical SkillsStrong hands-on experience with React Native, JavaScript, TypeScriptSolid understanding of native iOS and AndroidExperience with state management (Redux, Context API, MobX, Redux Toolkit)Knowledge of mobile UI/UX guidelines, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive designExperience with app security, encryption, and secure storageFamiliarity with Azure/AWS, Firebase, and analytics toolsExposure to SSO, OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication mechanismsNon-Technical SkillsStrong onsite communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to drive discussions, resolve technical conflicts, and influence decisionsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsGood documentation and presentation skillsLTIMindtree is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity in the workplace.
