Known for quality workmanship, strong customer relationships, and steady project flow, Systems XT provides employees with long-term stability and opportunities for growth.Position OverviewSystems XT is seeking an experienced HVAC Controls Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial HVAC controls projects throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties. This role will be responsible for managing project execution from kickoff through completion, coordinating with customers and field teams, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC controls experience, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on knowledge of Delta control systems.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial and industrial HVAC controls projects from start to finishCoordinate project schedules, timelines, and job meetingsOrder materials and parts needed for projectsCommunicate with customers, subcontractors, technicians, and internal teamsReview project scope, drawings, and specificationsTrack project progress and ensure deadlines are metAssist with project quoting and change ordersEnsure quality control and customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycleSupport field technicians and troubleshoot project-related issues as neededWork Environment & TravelProjects located throughout Orange County and Los Angeles CountyLocal travel onlyCombination of office, jobsite, and customer-facing responsibilities Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary: $120K - $140KStable long-term opportunityCompany vehicle and/or mileage supportBenefits package availableOpportunity to work on large-scale commercial and industrial projects Requirements QualificationsRequired:Minimum 5 years of HVAC controls project management experienceExperience managing commercial and/or industrial HVAC controls projectsStrong understanding of building automation systems (BAS)Experience with Delta Controls systems preferredAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and leadership skillsValid driver's licensePreferred:Experience with estimating or project quotingTechnical HVAC controls troubleshooting backgroundFamiliarity with construction/project documentationSalary Description
