Summary As a infant Teacher at Children's Lighthouse Learning Center of Katy Elyson, you will be instrumental in shaping the educational experiences of young learners. This role is essential in promoting early childhood development and creating a safe, engaging atmosphere for children to thrive. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with Montessori principles. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and needs. Create an inclusive classroom that supports diverse learning styles and abilities. Implement strategies for early intervention when necessary to support child welfare. Supervise daily activities, including physical education and outdoor play. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational program. Qualifications Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and Montessori methods. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with parents and staff.
