Seasonal Brand Ambassador (Chicago)

Job Summary:**Diptyque Distribution LLC. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to represent our luxury fragrance and home goods brand during peak seasons. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional in-store experience, educating clients on Diptyque's unique story and products, and driving sales.Job Responsibilities:*** Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.* Clearly articulate the history, inspiration, and unique qualities of Diptyque products, including fragrances, candles, body care, and accessories.* Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to enhance the client experience.* Maintain an immaculate and organized sales floor, ensuring products are beautifully displayed and replenished.* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.* Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting visual merchandising updates.* Support the store team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.* Represent the Diptyque brand with professionalism, passion, and a commitment to luxury service.* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.Job Qualifications:*** Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred.* A genuine passion for luxury products, fragrance, and the Diptyque brand.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse clientele.* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.* Flexibility to work a seasonal schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.* Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.* High school diploma or equivalent required.
